Liked: Location was fine. We were going to a wedding and it was only 15 minutes away from the wedding so it was great. Disliked: I could’ve used an extra pillow I suppose if I had asked, I probably could’ve gotten one other than that. It was it was OK. It was good. I do like that. It was very clean.

Liked: Nothing good to say Disliked: I checked in and went to the room i was assigned and it was already occupied. There was food on the table and the bed was messy.

Not what I paid for... Liked: This hotel is five minutes from my hubby's physical therapy. The room was clean. The lighted mirror and lighting behind the TV was cool. Disliked: We waited in the lobby for 30+ minutes because they had a sign posted saying they'll be back in 20 minutes. Went to my truck to finally sit down and call the office. I noticed a msg from the hotel inviting my to "skip the line" by checking in online. I did so, now it's been 50 min since we arrived. I call after online check in and ask if someone can meet me at the desk to get our room key. It's 98 degrees outside and I have no AC in my truck. He said there is someone at the desk.?No there wasn't but there is now! I have issues with my hips and reserved a handicap accessible room with a walk in shower with grab bars. This makes me feel safe when taking a shower and I can do it without assistance. We were given a room on the second floor that had no walk in shower and there is no elevator. Does that sound handicap accessible? I was to tired to notice till we headed to our room what floor/room # it was. We dropped our stuff in the room and immediately left for dinner. We took a shower when we got back and that's when I saw the tub/shower combo not the walk in one I reserved. Too late and too booked up to even want to argue or yell at people. I was very disappointed I did not get what I paid for. It was a good value and could have been better. I would reserve again but I'll make sure I get what I paid for.
